Solo Salon Supplies Returns & Warranty Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items such as hair brushes, scissors, combs, blades, and manicure/pedicure tools. Additionally, we do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and specific health and personal care items.

To initiate your return, please contact us at info@solosalonsupplies.co.uk before proceeding with the returns procedure. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.

Manufacturing Faults & Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all electrical products and equipment. This warranty covers Clippers and trimmers, including the motors and batteries. However, blades, blade carriers, and springs are considered consumable parts and are not covered. These parts may need replacement over time, depending on usage.

For manufacturing faults, please contact us before returning any items.

Return Process

Before returning any items, contact us at info@solosalonsupplies.co.uk, including your order number with your return. Please do not send your return prior to contacting us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@solosalonsupplies.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at info@solosalonsupplies.co.uk.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping

You will bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For items valued over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

REM 3 Year Warranty

This warranty covers product defects from faulty materials, workmanship, or direct delivery transport damage reported within 72 hours. Issues related to incorrect specification or missing components must be reported within 28 days from delivery.

This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, 3rd party transportation and storage damage, or wear and tear.

Additional Information

Products are not supplied on a sale or return basis. If unsatisfied with your purchase, our returns policy applies. Products must be returned within 30 days in their original condition.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days from receipt of the returned products.
