This dust Free Bleaching Powder has been specially designed for sensitive skin and will not dry out, giving an even lightening effect and reducing processing time. The green apple frangrance makes 3DeLuXe Professional Powder Bleach a pleasure to work with.

Mix one measure of 25ml for each 60ml of cream developer.
